Provider Agreement

Important Notice
By registering for an account and using the Evopra platform, the childcare provider ("Provider") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and automatically agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this Provider Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Evopra provides a platform for drop-in daycares and childcare centers to manage hourly bookings, capacity, waitlists, and online payments. The Company is not responsible for the direct provision of childcare services, which remains the sole responsibility of the Provider.
2. Provider Obligations
- Provider must maintain all necessary licenses and compliance with local laws.
- Provider is responsible for the safety and well-being of the children under their care.
- Provider must ensure that their availability, pricing, and center details are accurate on the Evopra platform.
3. Payments and Fees
Providers utilizing Evopra's payment processing are subject to the platform's standard transaction fees. Evopra reserves the right to hold or delay payouts in the event of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of this Agreement.
Founding Member Pricing: Providers who register as one of the first 10 early adopters ("Founding Members") will receive a 50% lifetime discount applied to their initial subscription plan (e.g., Starter Plan). This discount applies solely to the specific plan selected at the time of registration and does not carry over if the Provider upgrades or changes to a different tier or plan in the future.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence upon the Provider's registration and remain in effect until terminated by either party. Evopra reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Provider's account for violations of this Agreement or unsafe practices.
5. Liability and Indemnification
Provider agrees to indemnify and hold Evopra harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Provider's childcare operations, negligence, or breach of this Agreement.
