2. Services Provided

Evopra provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific details, scope, and frequency of the services will be agreed upon during the booking or quoting process.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Modifications or cancellations to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Any changes or cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are not permitted, and the full service amount will be charged as a non-refundable cancellation fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care while cleaning your property, accidents can happen. We are fully insured and bonded. Please secure all fragile or highly valuable items prior to our arrival.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site.
